Safety precautions amid COVID-19
In light of the impact of COVID-19 in these past several months, I wanted to provide all of our clients - both current and new - with the protocols that we will have in place as we resume providing cat care services. These measures are meant to protect both our clients and our sitters.
Every sitter is required to wear a FACE MASK for the entirety of each visit to your home. They will wash their hands as soon as they arrive and right before they leave. They will bring their own antiseptic cleaning wipes (ex: Clorox, Lysol brand) and will clean all surfaces that they touch - both before beginning their cat care duties and right before leaving your home.
We are very strongly advising VIRTUAL MEETINGS for new clients (FaceTime, Skype, etc.) to limit face-to-face contact, at least for the time being. I understand that this does not provide you and the sitter the ideal way to connect and go over the cat's routine. Our sitters will go to your home for the initial consultation ONLY at their discretion and according to their own comfort level, but may turn down an assignment if a virtual meeting is not feasible for the client.
